Biography:
Dr. Arthur Taussig, Ph.D., is an internationally recognized authority on the psychology and sociology of film, lives, teaches, and lectures on movies in Southern California. He has been professor of film at Orange Coast College for over 20 years and adjunct curator of film at the Orange County Museum of Art for seven years. Holding degrees from both UCLA and UC Berkeley, he is in great demand for lectures and workshops around the world. He is author of the widely acclaimed "Film Values/Family Values - A Parents' Guide to Children's Films." Over 700 of his reviews, specifically written with parents in mind, can be seen on his website, www.filmvalues.com.
