Hugh Keays-Byrne (born 1947 in Kashmir, India) is an English actor, who came to Australia with The Royal Shakespeare Company in 1973.
He is known to international audiences for his role in the science fiction television series Farscape as Grunchlk. He reprised the role for the concluding mini-series Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars. Another role for which Hugh Keays-Byrne is best known is the unpleasant motorcycle thug Toecutter in the first Mad Max film (1979).
His film credits include: Stone, The Man from Hong Kong, Mad Dog Morgan, Mad Max, Strikebound and Les Patterson Saves the World.
