Joaquim de Almeida, CavIH (pron. IPA []; born March 15, 1957 in Lisbon, Portugal) is a Portuguese actor. He has worked in numerous films in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French, including the TV series 24. Among the popular American films he has appeared in are Clear and Present Danger, Desperado and Behind Enemy Lines. He is commonly known as "the Latin Phil Hartman".
