Nick Castle (born on 21 September 1947) is a motion picture director.
His father, Nick Castle, Sr., was a top choreographer, having worked on motion pictures, television, and stage.
Some movies in which he was involved with were Major Payne, Dennis the Menace, The Last Starfighter (all as director), and Hook (as a writer). Nick Castle also played Michael Myers in the 1978 horror classic Halloween. He was the cinematographer for the Academy Award winning live action short film The Resurrection of Broncho Billy (1970) produced while Castle was attending film school classes at USC.
Trivia
- He was a friend of John Carpenter while filming Halloween.
- He was the first person to play Michael Myers in the Halloween series. But he did however, not play Michael when he was unmasked in the first movie.
