Jayma Suzette Mays (born July 16 1979) is an American film and television actress.
Mays is a native of Grundy, Virginia. After graduating from Grundy Senior High School she went on to attend Radford University, and graduated with a degree in Performing Arts. In 2004 she made her first television appearance on Joey. The following year she made her feature film debut with a supporting role in Red Eye. Mays' other credits include House, Six Feet Under, Entourage, Stacked, and Heroes.
