Amy Hill (born May 9, 1953 in Deadwood, South Dakota) is a Japanese-Finnish-American actress well-known to many children for her roles of Mrs. DePaulo in That's So Raven and the babysitter Mrs. Kwan in The Cat in the Hat as well as providing the voice of Jasmine Lee (aka "Ah-Mah") on The Life and Times of Juniper Lee. She also appeared as the grandmother on All American Girl and as Frank Costanza's Korean girlfriend on Seinfeld.
