Andrew Francis. (born May 27, 1985) is one of the many well-known voice actors who work with Ocean Group, out of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Best known for his maniacal laugh, Andrew is usually cast into the role of a teenage boy or as a psychotic villain.
His most recognized roles are those of the hyperactive Genki of Monster Rancher, and the sadistic Dilandau of Escaflowne. His other roles include Bobby Drake/Iceman from X-Men Evolution, and Tempest from Action Man.
Although he is best known for his voice acting roles, Andrew has also appeared in several live-action commercials, TV shows & films, including The L Word, Knockaround Guys and Final Destination 3
Andrew will also be appearing in the new movie "The Invisible", releasing in the spring. As well as an appearance on the 'Chappelle Show' director's new film straight to DVD "Totally Awesome". (Starring Chris Kattan, Tracy Morgan).
