Andrew Keegan (born January 29, 1979 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor.
Keegan is best known for his roles in films such as 10 Things I Hate about You (1999), The Broken Hearts Club (2000) and O (2001).
He is also known for his recurring roles on television series Party of Five (from 1997 to 1998), and as Wilson West on 7th Heaven from 1997 to 2004. He also has a recurring role on the freshmen WB series Related, as Zach, Anne's love interest. He also acted in the Fox TV Show House. He is half hispanic.
