Anne Constance Grey (c. 1812 - 21 June 1856) was the daughter of Allen Williamson Grey and wife of Sir Windham Carmichael-Anstruther, 7th Baronet. The couple were married on 10 May 1841.

They produced three children:

• Mariana Constance Carmichael-Anstruther, died 2 November 1883
  
• Marian Alice Carmichael-Anstruther, died 2 April 1929
  
• Windham George Conway Carmichael-Anstruther (31 July 1846 - 13 September 1898)
