Anne Jackson (b. 1926) is an American actress of stage, screen, and television. She played a suburban housewife in George Axelrod's 1968 comedy The Secret Life of an American Wife, and played a jilted mistress in the 1970 film version of Lovers and Other Strangers.

Jackson has been married to actor Eli Wallach since March 5, 1948. They have three children, Peter, Katherine and Roberta. She has appeared with Wallach in numerous plays and films, including the 1967 film The Tiger Makes Out.
