Anthony C. Higgins (October 1, 1840 – June 26, 1912) was a lawyer and politician who graduated from Yale College, where he was a member of Skull & Bones. He was from Wilmington, in New Castle County, Delaware. He was a veteran of the Civil War and a member of the Republican Party, who served as U.S. Senator from Delaware.
