Barbara Garrick (born December 3, 1965 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actress perhaps best known for her role as DeDe Halcyon Day in the three television miniseries based on Armistead Maupin's Tales of the City novels.

Garrick also appeared as the character Allison Perkins on One Life to Live from 1986 to 1987, returning in 2001-2002 and again in 2003. She also has played various characters in several episodes of Law & Order, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, and Law & Order: SVU.

Garrick is a graduate of the Juilliard School of Drama.
