Blake Foster Biography

Foster was born in Northridge, California, the son of Patricia and John Foster. He has a younger sister named Callie. Foster was the Huggies baby at the age of sixteen months in 1986.

He is perhaps best known as Justin Stewart, the child who assumed the mantle of the Blue Turbo Ranger in the fifth season of Power Rangers, making his debut for the show in the movie Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie. Foster reprised the role in an episode of Power Rangers: In Space, wrapping up plot holes left behind from his abrupt departure at the conclusion of Turbo. He worked whit Hilary Duff on Casper Meets Wendy(1998)

Foster wrote a book on urban development which was never published. He received a black belt on December 15, 1996 in American Tang Soo Do Karate under 8th degree Black Belt Grand Master Tom Bloom, owner of Tom Bloom Karate Studio. He has his second degree black belt in American Tang Soo Do style Karate and is a three-time state champion in martial arts.
