Caitlin Tiffany Glass (born November 16, 1981 in Washington, D.C.) is a voice actress. Her most notable role to date is as Winry Rockbell in the English language release of the anime Fullmetal Alchemist. Caitlin Glass graduated from the University of Texas in Arlington with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Arts in 2004.
