Chloe Webb (born in 1956 in Greenwich Village, Manhattan, New York) is an American actress.
Webb grew up in Syracuse, New York. She played Nancy Spungen in the 1986 cult movie, Sid and Nancy, which revolved around the life of the Sex Pistols bassist, Sid Vicious, and his girlfriend Nancy.
She also played the part of Mona Ramsey in the 1994 television adaptation of Armistead Maupin's novel Tales of the City.
She may have been better-known to a larger American audience as a USO volunteer in the television series China Beach, and Danny DeVito's onscreen girlfriend in the 1988 movie Twins.
