David N. Weiss is an American writer and labor leader. He was a screenwriter of films, including Shrek 2, Clockstoppers, Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, and Rugrats in Paris, and has also written for television shows such as Mission Hill.
In 2005, he was elected vice-president of the Writers Guild of America.
