"Snakes on a Plane" Safety Video
Whew, this safety video couldn't have come at a better time, what with "Snakes on a Plane" scheduled invade in just two weeks. (Yes, finally.) It's a goofy little video clip that played at the San Diego Comic Con, and is now available for viewing by way of IGN FilmForce.

Comic-Con 2006: Snakes on a Plane 10-min Clip Shown
A ten minutes clip of the movie was shown, with director David R. Ellis, Samuel L. Jackson, and snake handler Jules Sylvester on hand afterward to Q&A. The clip is as bad-assed as one can expect from a picture like this. And IGN FilmForce has the whole panel on video, for your viewing pleasure!

Check Out "Snakes" On A Music Video!
It has begun. With "Snakes On A Plane" slithering into theaters next month, the Sam Jackson flick -- arguably already a cult classic -- has released its first music video from the soundtrack, full of snakes, a band called Cobra Starship, and of course, Sam Jackson.

"Snakes" Handler Ready for "Asylum"
David R. Ellis, director of "Final Destination 2," "Cellular," and the upcoming smash hit "Snakes on a Plane," has settled on his next project. It'll be a dark horror flick called "Asylum," and it has to do with college kids getting murdered inside of a dorm that used to be a looney bin. Coooool.

I'll admit it: Like many online movie nerds, I'm ankle deep in SOAP-fever -- "SOAP" being an acronym for "Snakes on a Plane," and not, y'know, actual soap. Now New Line's unveiled the (already cult-status) flick's new teaser poster. And it's pretty nifty.
