Declan Joseph Oliver "Dec" Donnelly (born September 25, 1975) is one half of the acting and television presenting duo "Ant & Dec" alongside Ant McPartlin. He came to prominence acting in the children's drama series Byker Grove and as one half of the pop duo PJ & Duncan.

He has regularly appeared on British television from Top of the Pops to the 2002 Tribute to the Likely Lads.

In 2003, he broke up with long term fiancée and childhood sweetheart Clare Buckfield, who acted in 2point4 children. He started dating Sky Sports News presenter Di Stewart in October 2006. However, they have also just split up (December, 2006).

His most recent work as of 2006 was the film Alien Autopsy.

Dec is the smaller of the two (5'6"), and usually stands on the right of the screen.
