Eric Schweig (born on 19 June, 1967 in Inuvik, Northwest Territories, Canada) is a Canadian actor best known for his role as Uncas in the 1992 film The Last of the Mohicans. Since then he has appeared in Squanto: A Warrior's Tale, Tom and Huck, The Scarlet Letter and numerous other films. In addition to acting he is a renowned master carver of Inuit masks and carvings.
Schweig is of mixed German and Inuk heritage.
