Mark "Flex" Alexander Knox (born April 15, 1970 in New York City, New York) is an American actor and comedian.

He is best known as the star of the UPN sitcom One on One with Kyla Pratt. Alexander is also notable for portraying Michael Jackson in the 2004 VH-1biographical telefilm Man In The Mirror: The Michael Jackson Story, which aired its debut on August 6, 2004. Flex was once a back up dancer for the hip-hop girl group Salt-N-Pepa. More recently, he played the character of rapper Three G's in Snakes on a Plane [1].

Alexander is married to R&B singer Shanice, with whom he has two children.

Flex is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
