Fran Brill (born September 30, 1946 in Chester, Pennsylvania, USA) is an American actor, voice actress and puppeteer, best known for her roles on Sesame Street.

From 1974-1975, Brill also played Fran Bachman on NBC daytime drama How to Survive a Marriage. Her character struggled with sudden widowhood, and Brill received over a thousand letters of condolence. Brill was also featured in episodes of The Guiding Light and The Edge of Night.

In Sesame Street, she has puppeteer the Muppets called Zoe, Little Bird, Prairie Dawn, among others. She has also made a cameo appearance in season 34 as a nurse. Playing Zoe, Brill made an appearance on The West Wing.

Fran Brill has performed a large amount of Puppets through the years. She performed Janice in the Muppets Pilot episode and she also performed Vicki and Zondra on The Jim Henson Hour along with the Solid Foam Band Drummer.
