This article is about the British actor. For the Canadian diplomat, see Glyn Berry.
Glen Berry is a Romford, United Kingdom-born British actor born on April 21, 1978. He started attending the Anna Scher Theater in London in 1993. His first steps in show business included a part as a skinhead in an ad for voluntary service. This role, however, partly stereotyped him until getting his big break as Jamie in the 1996 gay coming-of-age movie Beautiful Thing alongside friend Scott Neal.
Further acting credits include several BBC TV movies such as Blood and Fire and Between the Lines. He has had a recurring role on the Soap opera London Bridge since 1995. In 2003, Berry retired as an actor, and became a car salesman in Chelmsford, England. According to people who have gone to the car dealership where he works to talk to him, Berry has apparently said that he is considering going back into acting, but only if the right part comes along.
