Glynnis O'Connor (born November 19, 1956 in New York City) is an American actress, perhaps best known for her work in the mid 1970s, including her lead actress role in the TV version of Our Town and the film Ode to Billy Joe, both of which co-starred Robby Benson.

As of the late 1990s and continuing into 2004, she has had a recurring role as defense attorney Anne Paulsen in the Law & Order television series.

O'Connor's mother is stage, film and TV actress Lenka Peterson, and her brother is digital movie FX artist Sean O'Connor.
