Griffin Patrick O'Neal (b. October 28, 1964 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor. He is the son of actor Ryan O'Neal and the late actress Joanna Cook Moore. He had one sister, Tatum, and two half brothers, Patrick and Redmond. Griffin has been married to Rima Belinda Uranga since 1989 and has one daughter named Dillan O'Neal.
Like many of his family members, he has struggled with substance abuse. This lead to a tragic boating accident in 1986 that took the life of Francis Ford Coppola's son Gian-Carlo Coppola. Griffin was indicted for manslaughter in connection to this accident.[1]
