Hans Weingartner (born 1970, Feldkirch, Vorarlberg, Austria) is an Austrian author, director and producer of films. He was born in 1970 in Feldkirch, Austria. He attended the Austrian Association of Cinematography and earned a diploma as a camera assistant. Later, he did a postgraduate at the Academy of Media Arts KHM in Cologne, Germany. He also has a background in physics and neuroscience.
