Herburt "Herb" Vigran (June 5, 1910 - November 29, 1986) was a well known character actor, and was originally a law school graduate. He later chose to pursue acting, and performed in hundreds of radio shows with the likes of Jack Benny, Bob Hope and Jimmy Durante. He appeared frequently as various villains during the run of the TV series Adventures of Superman (six episodes), and made several guest appearances on television series like Dragnet, The Brady Bunch and I Love Lucy. He died on November 29, 1986 of cancer in Los Angeles, California at the age of 76.
