Hideyuki Hori (堀 秀行 Hori Hideyuki) is a seiyū who was born on March 23, 1954 in Tokyo. He is the younger brother of fellow seiyū Yukitoshi Hori.

He is most known for the roles of Phoenix Ikki (Saint Seiya), The Warsman (Kinnikuman), Hyunkel (Dai no Daibouken), Captain Ginyu (Dragon Ball Z), Ryuuga (Fist of the North Star), and Momotarou Tsurugi (Sakigake!! Otokojuku).
