Jack Fisk (born 19 December 1945 in Canton, Illinois) is an American movie industry professional, frequently working as either a production designer or art director on Hollywood movies.

Fisk was art director on Brian De Palma's Carrie (1976), starring his wife Sissy Spacek. He frequently collaborates with directors David Lynch and Terrence Malick. His production design and art director credits include all four of Malick's feature films and Lynch's Mulholland Dr. (2001).

Fisk met Spacek when working on Malick's 1973 movie Badlands. The two married on April 12 1974; their daughter Schuyler Fisk is also an actress.

Fisk appeared in Lynch's Eraserhead (1976) as the Man in the Planet, and the film's credits give "special thanks" to him and to Sissy Spacek.
