Jackie Martling (born February 14, 1944 in Mineola, New York on Long Island) is an American comedian and comic writer whose greatest fame came from being a part of The Howard Stern Show, where he was known as Jackie "The Joke Man". He has also released several CDs of his own material.

Martling resigned from the Stern Show in March 2001. He departed over a financial disagreement with WXRK, the radio station for which he and Howard Stern worked. Martling himself admitted that the amount of money under dispute was extremely small; despite this, he left the show, refusing to sign a deal.

Martling has spoken publicly of his unabashed fondness for smoking marijuana and drinking Heineken. As of December 2005, Martling stated he has not had a drink in five years, but confessed to smoking marijuana from time to time.

Martling's chair on the Howard Stern Show was later filled by former MADtv cast member Artie Lange. Lange did not take over Martling's writing job, however; Benjy Bronk took over as head writer.

On December 15, 2005, Martling made his first appearance on the Howard Stern Show since leaving in 2001. He has since returned to the show to roast Stern Show producer Gary Dell'Abate.

Jackie Martling has an engineering degree from Michigan State University and currently resides in New York State in any one of his three houses.

Howard Stern announced on September 25, 2006, on The Howard Stern Show, that Martling would be returning to radio by joining the Howard 100/101 Sirius Radio channels. Stern elaborated further on the September 26, 2006 broadcast, saying that Martling's new show on Howard 101 would be called Jackie's Joke Hunt. The show premiered on October 3, 2006 at 7pm EST and airs every Tuesday at 7pm EST on Sirius Howard 101.
