Jane Sibbett (born November 28, 1962) is an American actress. Her notable roles include Heddy on the FOX tv series Herman's Head and as Ross' ex-wife, Carol, on the "Must-see TV" show Friends. She also co-starred with Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen in the 1995 film It Takes Two. She will appear in the upcoming Charlotte's Web movie as the voice of Joy.She acted in a Disney Channel Movie Au Pair as Vivian Berger.
