Jeff Kober (born December 18, 1953, in Billings, Montana, USA) is an American actor, best known for his performances on television.

His credits include: V, Highway to Heaven, Falcon Crest, MacGyver, China Beach, The X Files, The Pretender, Poltergeist: The Legacy, Charmed, JAG, Star Trek: Voyager, Star Trek: Enterprise, Buffy The Vampire Slayer, ER, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, The Shield, NYPD Blue, Law and Order: Special Victims Unit, 24 and Kindred: the Embraced.

His appearance in the Law and Order: SVU episode "Charisma" (season 6, November 16, 2004) as cult leader Eugene Hoff (aka Abraham Ofiyon)led to a Golden Globe Award for Mariska Hargitay (Detective Olivia Benson), the first major award for any Law and Order series.
