Not very long ago we (I mean: everyone) reported that "Rush Hour 3" probably wouldn't happen because Chris Tucker was allegedly unhappy with the $20 million he was being offered. Well, apparently Tucker's business manager is a pretty convincing guy, because it now looks like Tucker, Jackie Chan, director Brett Ratner, and screenwriter Jeff Nathanson have signed up to deliver what the world really and truly wants: A third action comedy about a black guy and an Asian guy who bicker a whole lot.

But now Variety reports that Mr. Tucker has passed on a $20 million paycheck and said "No thanks" to a "Rush Hour 3."
