Jill Talley (born December 19, 1962 in Chicago, Illinois) is a comedic actress, most well-known as a major cast member of Mr. Show during its four seasons on HBO. She is the wife of voice actor Tom Kenny, who also appeared regularly in the series. They both appeared in the 1996 Smashing Pumpkins video "Tonight, Tonight" as the married couple who take a honeymoon on the moon. Her vocal work includes playing Karen, computer wife of Plankton, on SpongeBob SquarePants and Gretchen, the always hungry alligator Squirrel Scout, the scholarly giraffe named Nina, and the largely angry warthog named Ms. Mucus on Camp Lazlo. She also voices Sarah Du Bois on the Adult Swim show, The Boondocks. Since Mr. Show's run she has also appeared in minor roles in several films such as Little Miss Sunshine. Talley has also been known to voice Numbuh 318 on Codename: Kids Next Door.

Growing up, her father was a firefighter and she lived in Chicago near Midway Airport. She currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband Tom Kenny and their two children, Mac and Nora
