"They were really going for it": Cusack, Keaton and cast on Toy Story 3's emotion
Yesterday we talked to 'Toy Story 3' director Lee Unkrich about the long and winding journey that Pixar's latest film had taken from idea to screen. And if the reviews to date are any indication, it was more than worth the 11-year wait between sequels. Today, we gather together some of the key voice cast -- including returning actors Joan Cusack ("Jesse"), John Ratzenberger ("Hamm"), Jodi Benson ("Barbie") and Estelle Harris ("Mrs. Potato Head"), along with new stars Michael Keaton ("Ken"), Jeff Garlin ("Buttercup") and Kristen Schaal ("Trixie") -- for a conversation about their expectations of 'Toy Story 3', working with Pixar, and the emotional weight of the film. Zemeckis Sends Seth Green to Mars

"Toy Story 3" Leads Locked, Hand-Drawn "Frog Princess" Also a Go
Tom Hanks and Tim Allen are officially signed up to reprise their beloved roles in "Toy Story 3," which I believe is a sequel to "Toy Story" and "Toy Story 2." Also, it looks like Disney is making a return to hand-drawn animation with their (eventually) upcoming "Frog Princess." Cool!

SXSW Promises Vendettas, Betties, Dreamz & Slithers
In addition to a ton of low-budget, independent, documentary, and dramatic films, this year's South By Southwest (SXSW) Film Festival promises a rather flashy infusement of high-end studio fare, too! So while it's always important to shed some attention on the little guys (which we'll be doing soon enough), it's also fun to note that SXSW will be offering high-end "gimme" titles like "V for Vendetta," "The Notorious Bettie Page," "American Dreamz," and the geekily-anticipated "Slither."

Cusack and Peet Have a Favorite "Martian"
Described by The Hollywood Reporter as "a cross between E.T. and Parenthood" is the upcoming family film "The Martian Child." John Cusack ("High Fidelity") and Amanda Peet ("The Whole Nine Yards") are set to play the lead roles, and Menno Meyjes ("Max") will be in the director's chair.
