John D. LeMay Biography

John D. LeMay is a California based actor whose career in theatre began in Normal, Illinois when he participated in school plays as a young student which involved both singing and acting. After completing a Bachelor of Science degree at Illinois State University where he completed a double major in music and musical theatre, John moved to Los Angeles in 1985 and made various guest appearances in popular tv series which included Remington Steele, The Facts Of Life, and Rod Serling's The Twilight Zone. In 1987, he landed the leading role in Paramount television's horror syndicated series "Friday The 13th: The Series" as Ryan Dallion, a young antique sleuth who worked with his distant cousin and their retired magician friend, in hunting down cursed objects. Friday The 13th was filmed in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and though John left to pursue other career goals at the end of the second season, he is best known for his work and his role as Ryan Dallion and is the all time fan favourite.
