, born Keiko Inoue (井上恵子 Inoue Keiko; born on September 12, 1957 in Kasugai, Aichi, Japan) is a Japanese actress and seiyū, or voice actor/actress. Her most famous role is being the voice of the children's hero Anpanman on the long running Japanese cartoon Soreike! Anpanman.
She is an acclaimed singer, and also speaks French. In film and theatre, she often works with screenwriter / director Mitani Koki. She was married to fellow Gundam seiyū Shūichi Ikeda but then divorced. She later married former idol singer Junichi Inoue.
