Kelly Jo Minter (b. September 24, 1966 in North Trenton, New Jersey) is an African-American actress who has starred in many feature films. Her first feature role was in the 1985 hit drama film Mask, later she played Denise Green in the 1987 comedy film Summer School and Yvonne in the 1989 horror film A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child.

Kelly has made guest appearances in tv shows, some of them range from Hill Street Blues, ER, Providence, and Strong Medicine.
