Ken Gates (Also credited as Rodger Parsons and incorrectly as Phillip Bartlett, American voice actor) is the original and continues to be the narrator of Pokemon TV show and many Pokemon related projects. He has had a successful career as a writer and voice person for over two decades. He has narrated many documentaries, does extensive corporate work and has many radio and TV commercials to his credit. He teaches voice-over technique and has a home studio that allows him to send his work anywhere in the world. "Putting truth and character in voice makes the difference between just talking and creating vocal roles that seize attention and fascinate the listener." He is pretty much the only original voice actor to remain on Pokémon: Battle Frontier, as he was the original narrator until halfway through Pokémon: Advanced.
