Layla Harvest Roberts (born October 22, 1974 in Kealakekua Kona, Hawaii) is an American model and actress. She was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for its October 1997 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Stephen Wayda.
Layla has gone on to be one of the most talked about and photographed playmates as she dated Jim Carey, Oscar De La Hoya, Tom Brady and [Vin Diesel]] amongst other rockstar and celebrities.
Layla started her career unlike most other Playmates, she was a Supermodel. Ford and Elite modeling agencies fought over who would be the first to sign this starlet to model their Lorel campaign's in Paris, France. Layla graced the cover of GQ in 2003 as well as FHM and Maxim.
She can be seen in the role of Molly Mounds in the 1998 disaster film Armageddon as well as in Red Letters and Beowulf.
Most recently she can be found on the covers of Town and Country Magazine with her daughter in the 2005 December Christmas/Holiday addition.
Layla is married to John Hilinski a Internet tycoon and rockstar having played with the band Janes Addiction on and off again before leaving the band to start AltaVista. They have one child together Paris Emerson Hilinski who was born in 2003.
