Luke Damon Goss is a singer and actor from England, born 29 September 1968. Along with twin brother Matt Goss, he started his career with the highly successful 1980s boy band Bros. In total he has charted no fewer than 13 hit singles in his homeland.
With the demise of Bros in the early 1990s, Goss embarked on a solo career and also formed Luke Goss and the Band Of Thieves. His autobiography, "I Owe You Nothing" was a top 10 best seller book. He also began to appear in stage musicals including Grease and What a Feeling!, and has dabbled with appearing in films, with his most notable role being the villain Jared Nomak in the Hollywood box office hit Blade II. He also appeared as the Creature in the Hallmark Channel's "Frankenstein." He can be seen in the 2005 comedy "The Man" as yet another villain, Joey/Kane.
Luke has since had roles in One Night with the King as King Xerxes and “Something in the Clearing” playing Randy. He appears in “Bone Dry” as Eddie and in the thriller “Unearthed” as Kale, which are in post-production. He is currently filming the action adventure “Deep Winter” playing Stephen Weaks and is in pre-production for “Shanghai Baby” where he will play Mark, an internationally active business consultant from Berlin - both are due for 2007 release.
Luke Goss is married to singer Shirley Lewis, and has one step daughter named Carli.
