Maka Kotto (born December 7, 1961 in Douala, Cameroon) is a politician from Quebec, in Canada. He is a Bloc Québécois member of the Canadian House of Commons, and the first Afro-Canadian Member of Parliament from the party. He has represented the district of Saint-Lambert since the 2004 election. Before being elected, Kotto was an author, comedian and stage director. He is currently the Bloc's critic for Canadian heritage.
