Mark L. Taylor (born October 25 1954 in Syracuse, New York) is an actor who has appeared in various shows such as Beverly Hills, 90210, Melrose Place, Chicago Hope and Ally McBeal. He has also voiced in various projects such as TaleSpin, Darkwing Duck, Batman: The Animated Series and W.I.T.C.H.
