Marvin H. Albert Biography

Several of Marvin H. Albert's novels made it to the big screen during the '60s, including Duel at Diablo (1966) and Lady in Cement (1968). On most of these film adaptations, Albert wrote or co-wrote the scripts. The Philadelphia native started his career contributing articles to magazines in the 1950s. His debut novel, The Law and Jake Wade, was first published in 1956. Two years later, it was filmed by Preston Sturges.
