Matthew Garber Biography

British child actor Matthew Garber starred in three Disney movies, "TheSeven Lives Of Thomasina" (1964) as Geordie, "Mary Poppins" (1964) as Michael Banks,and "The Gnome Mobile" (1967) as Rodmey Winthrop. In all three he appeared alongsidefellow child star Karen Dotrice. Garber died of pancreatitis on June 13, 1977 at age21. He was named a Disney Legend in 2004. His brother accepted on his behalf.
