Michael Deeley (born August 6, 1932) is a film producer who has helped create notable films such as The Italian Job, Blade Runner and The Deer Hunter. He is also a founding member and Deputy Chairman of The British Screen Advisory Council.
Career
Deeley was appointed General Manager of Woodfall Films in 1964 which acquired British Lion Films in 1973. British Lion merged with EMI Films in 1976, and in 1984 he was appointed CEO of Consolidated.
