Tomatometer Watch: Will Iron Man 2 Blast Off With Critics?
After smashing the 2008 box office with a performance only topped by fellow superhero "The Dark Knight" that year, "Iron Man" might have surprised many moviegoers (and critics!) with its critical success, achieving a Certified Fresh stamp and 93% Tomatometer. In a sequel filled Summer, there is no doubt that "Iron Man 2" is one of the season's and the year's most anticipated movies. Suiting up Don Cheadle, a scarlet-haired Scarlett Johansson, and a whiplashing Mickey Rourke this time around, the sequel's star power has certainly done its part to give the film all the hype you'd expect and more.

About.com's Fred Topel helps to shoot down at least one erroneous internet rumor: Filmmaker Robert Rodriguez has been contracted to deliver a single "Sin City" sequel, and not two. An interview with the multi-tasking movie machine also indicates that the sequel will focus on Frank Miller's "A Dame to Kill For" story, in addition to a few others (as yet unannounced.)
