Andrea Kay Pyle (born November 16, 1972 in Houston, Texas) is an American actress who uses the stage name Missi Pyle. She has appeared in several films, including Galaxy Quest, Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
Personal life
Pyle was married in May 2001 to Antonio Sacre. The couple is now separated. She has been dating Josh Meyers since early 2004. Meyers has been on MadTV and season eight of That '70s Show. Recently, Pyle was honored in Germantown, Tennessee, for her achievements by the Poplar Pike Playhouse.
Career
Andrea "Missi" Pyle attended the North Carolina School of the Arts and graduated in 1992. She guest starred on many television shows, including Mad About You. She had a minor role in As Good as It Gets, starring Helen Hunt and Jack Nicholson, and Josie and the Pussycats. After her breakout role in Galaxy Quest, she had supporting roles in Bringing Down the House (for which she and Queen Latifah were nominated for a MTV Movie Award for Best Fight), Big Fish, Soul Plane and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
Some people confuse her with Elaine Hendrix and vice versa because Pyle as said by many people really looks like Hendrix.
