Monica Rial (Born October 5, 1975 in Houston, Texas) is a voice actress for ADV Films and Funimation Entertainment. Popular on the anime convention circuit, she was guest of honour at the inaugural AmeCon, which held at the University of Leicester, England, in 2004 - and attended the same event in 2006.
