Nelle Nugent is one of the most prolific independent Broadway producers of the late 20th and early 21st centuries. She's won numerous awards including the Tony Award. She has overseen productions such as Amadeus, Morning's at Seven, The Elephant Man, The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby, and Dracula.
Along with producer John Schwally, she's responsible for starting the east coast chapter of the Producers Guild of America.
