Pauline Moran was born and raised in the town of Blackpool, off the north-west coast of England. As a child she dreamed of becoming an actress and decided to follow this dream. She trained at many schools, including the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts and the National Youth Theatre.
Pauline's professional acting debut was the role of Cordelia in a production of King Lear. She became an accomplished stage actress and eventually was cast in the role of Hercule Poirot's secretary Miss Lemon in the Poirot series. Today, Pauline continues to act in film, theatre, and television.
